Legalization of hired employment: State Tax Service’s audits resulted in employment formalization of more than 2.3 thousand employees

Specialists of the State Tax Service, during actual audits, have identified more than 1.5 thousand legislative violations regarding registration of employment relations since the beginning of 2025.

During or immediately after audits, employers formalized employment relations with more than 2.3 thousand employees.

More than 800 materials of actual audits, which documented violations of labor legislation, were sent to the State Labor Service of Ukraine. It makes decisions on imposing fines on such business entities.

Currently, based on the consideration results of these materials from the State Tax Service, the State Labor Service has already applied financial sanctions to such employers in the amount of almost 14 million UAH. For more than 250 facts, warnings have been issued to business entities.
