Result of the State Tax Service’s preventive measures to remove the "shadow": average monthly growth of active RRO tripled

Over the past three months, conscientious taxpayers have additionally registered about 20 thousand active RRO/PRRO. Average monthly growth is three times higher than in the previous periods. This was informed by Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko in the Telegram channel. 

 Currently, there are a total of 981.8 thousand officially registered registrars in Ukraine. 

"Activation is due to preventive and explanatory measures taken by tax officials. In addition, changes in the form and content of fiscal check contribute to the "un-shadowing" – emphasized Ruslan Kravchenko. 

 Due to data received by the RRO Data accounting system, the State Tax Service constantly receives information about those who systematically receive funds for sold products into their accounts, while not doing them through cash registers, and those who do not have them. 

Use of RRO and PPRO in Ukraine has advantages for business, buyers and the state:

- economic stabilization,

- improvement of tax revenues,

- reduction of the tax evasion risks,

- combating shadow taxation,

- transparency of financial transactions,

- protection of consumer rights,

- avoidance of fines for violating the law.

We would like to draw the buyers’ (consumers’) attention that the "Fiscal check search" service is available on the State Tax Service’s web portal in the “E-services” section, which is located at the following link: https://cabinet.tax.gov.ua/cashregs/check. It allows to search for the RRO/PRRO check, verify its authenticity and stop illegal activities of individual traders.
