Introduction of the E-audit: 34 payers submitted 261 standard audit files (SAF-T UA) in the test mode

State Tax Service of Ukraine continues testing functionality of the electronic audit system (E-audit). 34 taxpayers have already submitted 261 standard audit files in the test mode (SAF-T UA).

Particularly, 44 SAF-T UA files were sent for the test processing by large payers with whom the State Tax Service concluded Memorandum on participation in the experiment on introduction of the E-audit procedure.

Taxpayers are invited to join testing of the E-audit system. It is possible to join it in the Electronic cabinet, at the link https://cabinet.tax.gov.ua/saft/v2.

Participation in testing provides the opportunity to:

- test functionality of the system, which will allow for early adaptation of internal processes to requirements of future tax control;

- influence improvement of audit mechanisms by providing feedback regarding the system operation;

- increase level of preparedness for digital format of the main processes of control and audit measures, which will reduce risks and promote transparent interaction with the State Tax Service.

State Tax Service is actively communicating with the taxpayers regarding implementation of the new procedure. Tax Service has responded by letters to 111 business questions regarding formation and submission of the standard audit file (SAF-T UA) since the beginning of year. In addition, more than 260 requests from the payers were processed, which were received through a special Google Chat platform, created for prompt communication with the payers.
