Fraudsters send fake letters from the State Tax Service, allegedly to attract funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Fraudsters have become more active again, using name of the State Tax Service and representatives of regional Directorates to allegedly raise funds for needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was informed by Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko in the Telegram channel.

“I received information that such letters are being sent to the taxpayers. I emphasize right away! THIS IS FAKE! Tax Service is not involved in this mailing. Its goal is to deceive entrepreneurs and discredit the Tax Service” – noted Ruslan Kravchenko.

According to him, the State Tax Service has already prepared appeal to the law enforcement officers with application about commission of the fraudulent acts.

“I urge all the taxpayers to be careful. If you receive such letter, immediately contact the law enforcement agencies and notify the State Tax Service. We will stop fraudsters who want to profit from our respect for the military!” – emphasized Head of the State Tax Service.
