Real estate tax: 4.9 billion UAH has already been paid

In the first five months of 2025, Ukrainians have already paid 4.9 billion UAH of the real estate tax. This is 17% more than in the same period last year.

The biggest amount of tax came from:

- Kyiv – almost 990 million UAH;

- Kyiv region – 497 million UAH;

- Dnipropetrovsk region – 496 million UAH;

- Odessa region – 464 million UAH.

Who pays this tax?

Individuals who own:

- apartments with an area of ​​more than 60 square meters;

- houses with an area of ​​more than 120 square meters;

- various types of housing (including shares), if the total area exceeds 180 square meters.

In 2025, Ukrainians will pay taxes for 2024.

It is possible to view generated tax notifications-decisions in the Electronic cabinet, if a person has electronic key or by using the mobile application "My Tax Service".

In case of discrepancies regarding the accrued amount, contact the Taxpayer Service Centers and conduct a reconciliation.
