Specialists of the State Tax Service have created a separate communication platform – Google Chat Bank on the Google Chat platform for convenient communication with banks regarding formation and submission of the standard SAF-T UA audit file.
Chat has been created basing on results of working meetings of the State Tax Service’s specialists with representatives of the Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine, taking into account accounting specifics in the banking sector.
Google Chat Bank will help to:
- receive relevant consultations and methodological materials from the State Tax Service;
- promptly discuss problematic questions with specialists of the State Tax Service and colleagues from banking institutions;
- participate in testing technical solutions related to formation of the SAF-T UA file;
- ensure correct introduction of the SAF-T UA file, taking into account accounting specifics of banking institutions and requirements of current legislation;
- improve quality of interaction with the State Tax Service, which will contribute to transparency and predictability of tax procedures.
How to join the Google Chat Bank?
Banks can join the chat in two ways: through the Electronic cabinet or by mail, sending appropriate letter to the State Tax Service for joining.
Connection via the Electronic cabinet
In the menu "Correspondence with the State Tax Service" of private part of the Electronic cabinet, fill in the form for preparing correspondence:
- field " Code of the State Tax Inspectorate" – select from the list "99 UKRAINE; 0 STATE TAX SERVICE OF UKRAINE";
- field "Type" – select from the list "Request to join the SAF-T UA chat";
- field "Topic" – select from the list "SAF-T UA";
- field "Summary" is indicated for connection to the "Google Chat Bank".
- field "File" – letter is uploaded (file in the pdf format not larger than 5 MB), which contains user data (full name, direction of work, email (email address must be in the gmail.com domain).
After filling in the form, it must be saved, signed with a qualified electronic signature, and sent.
Personal invitations will be sent to the email address specified in the letter.
Reminder! There is a separate SAF-T UA banner on the State Tax Service’s web portal, which contains explanations and answers to the most frequently asked questions, including those specifically for banking institutions (https://tax.gov.ua/baneryi/saf-t-ua/rozyasnennya--pitannya-vidpovidi).
Banking institutions are urged to actively participate in the SAF-T UA submission process. This is important step towards developing modern digital tax culture and increasing transparency in interaction between business and the state.
