Payers subject to state statistical surveillance must submit reports to the State Statistics Service by October 5

Enterprises, institutions and organizations subject to state statistical surveillance must submit reports to the State Statistics Service by October 5.

This applies to respondents who did not report for previous periods (in 2022 – 2025). They must submit reports for the entire period of non-submission. 

Submission of statistical reporting has been renewed from July 5, 2025 by enterprises, institutions and organizations.

It is possible to check whether the one needs to report in the "Respondent's cabinet" on website of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. 

If the one carries out certain activity types and has received appropriate form in the "Respondent's cabinet " or notification from the state statistics authorities, this means that you are included in the list of respondents and reporting must be submitted within the specified period.

For those payers who are involved in the monitoring, the Cabinet will display list of forms and submission deadlines.

In particular, as of today reporting is submitted by individuals-entrepreneurs who carry out the following activity types: 

- Industrial production – Form 1-P (monthly) “Report on the production of industrial products by type” (not later than the 10th day of month following the reporting month).

- Passenger road transportation – Form 51-pas (2 times per year) “Inspection of individual-entrepreneur involved in passenger road transportation on a route” (not later than May 25, not later than November 25).

- Freight road transportation – Form 51-vant (2 times per year) “Inspection of individual-entrepreneur involved in freight road transportation on a commercial basis” (not later than April 25, not later than October 25).

How to submit report?

- Use online service "Respondent's cabinet" on the State Statistics Service’s website.

- Through software of your own choice.

For reference: new norms are provided for by amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On protection of interests of reporting subjects and other documents during the martial law or a state of war".
