Lesya Karnaukh: almost 2500 people have already received consultations since the launch of Tax Consultant Offices

The first results of work of the Tax Consultant Offices. Work of the Offices started in 20 regions on September 8, 2025. This format, as practice shows, is in great demand. Almost 2500 people have already received consultations. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.

Lesya Karnaukh told participants of the Business Woman Club how the Office functions in practice. This is international women’s community that unites successful women in business, politics and diplomacy for development and cooperation. 

“Demand for the high-quality tax assistance and accessible, understandable consultations is considerable. It is often extremely difficult for business entities and citizens to independently understand all the nuances of tax aspects and make decisions on how to act correctly. But we are always ready to help” – she said.  

“It is important for us that as many Ukrainians as possible know about the work of our Offices. This service saves time and nerves” – added acting Head of the State Tax Service.

Areas in which consultations are provided are very wide: 

- taxation of individuals and legal entities,

- electronic services and reporting,

- tax disputes,

- tax audit,

- actual audits and legislation regarding the RRO/PRRO,

- control over circulation of excisable products,

- registration suspension of tax invoices/adjustment calculations,

- tax debt repayment and debt from the single social contribution,

- provision of qualified electronic trust services,

- transfer pricing,

- excise tax administration.
