Lesya Karnaukh: thanks to business, 949.8 billion UAH of tax payments were received by the state budget in January – September

General fund of the state budget received 949.8 billion UAH of tax payments in January – September. Compared to the same period last year, this is almost +187.7 billion UAH (+24.6%). Taxpayers were reimbursed 131.2 billion UAH of the VAT on their accounts. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page. 

"9 months of filling the budget is resilience despite the challenges. I am grateful to business for contribution to financial stability of the state. Thanks to the indomitability, activity and awareness of taxpayers, the State Tax Service managed to fulfill revenue plan in January – September by 108.1%" – she outlined.  

State Tax Service fulfilled the September plan by 100.6%. In total, 81.5 billion UAH was received by the budget. Compared to September 2024, this is 14.8 billion UAH more (+22.2%).

Revenues from taxes and levies controlled by the State Tax Service:

- personal income tax – 30.0 billion UAH;

- corporate income tax – 7.8 billion UAH;

- VAT collected – 40.1 billion UAH;

- VAT reimbursed – 15.0 billion UAH;

- excise tax – 12.9 billion UAH;

- rent – ​ 4.4 billion UAH;

- other revenues – 1.3 billion UAH.

"We are keeping pace despite objective difficulties due to the enemy’s destruction of logistics chains and constant attacks on enterprises. After all, paid taxes are the defense capability of the state" – added Lesya Karnaukh.
