Defenders – shield of Ukraine!

Today is the day of Heroes and Heroines who hold the sky and land of Ukraine, giving their strength, health and lives for the sake of peace for each of us.

This is the day of strong and brave. When we honor the faith and indomitability of those who overcome enemy and stand for the Motherland. When we ask for protection of the Most Holy Theotokos for those who defend us today.

We are a nation of warriors. Strength and glory of our Cossack ancestors inspire us to move forward – to victory, to the strong and free Ukraine.

Eternal memory to the fallen defenders and boundless respect to those who defend us today.

We are together. We will stand. We will win.
