248.3 thousand taxpayers received free electronic keys from the State Tax Service since the beginning of 2025

More than 248.3 thousand taxpayers have used services of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the State Tax Service of Ukraine since the beginning of 2025. They received almost 736.9 thousand qualified public key certificates free of charge.

Majority of users are individuals. More than 138.5 thousand citizens received 285.6 thousand qualified public key certificates.

Almost 109.8 thousand legal entities received more than 451.3 thousand qualified public key certificates for reporting, concluding contracts and other operations.

106.6 thousand payers used electronic re-forming certificates service upon the electronic request.

More than 379.7 thousand qualified public key certificates were generated based on the electronic requests, of which 57 thousand were seals for software registrars of settlement operations. In total, 15.2 million certificates have been issued since the launch of the State Tax Service’s service.

Reminder: to obtain qualified electronic trust services the following is needed:

1. Read rules and conditions of service provision on the website https://ca.tax.gov.ua in section "Obtaining qualified electronic trust services".

2. Prepare necessary registration documents (list is available on the website).

3. Come to the registration point with original documents (addresses are listed in the "Contacts" section on the website). If you have a passport in "Diia" (version 2.0+), you can identify yourself via your smartphone using the "Sharing" function.

4. Bring storage medium to store your private key (secure key storage medium, removable flash drive, etc.).

Please note! Registration point does not provide copying, printing or filling out documents, and does not sell or issue key carriers.

Renew your certificate in just a few minutes through the (remote) re-generation of certificates by electronic request service. Only users who have the:

- valid certificates (for example, there are few days left before expiration of certificates);

- unchangeable registration data (full name, registered address of residence, code from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine, etc.);

- private key, accessible only to the user and not compromised.

New key will be valid for 2 years.
