Preventive notifications from the State Tax Service for transparent employment: more than 1.7 thousand taxpayers promptly eliminated violations

According of tax reporting analysis results for June 2025, the State Tax Service identified 3.5 thousand business entities in which number of active RRO/PRRO exceeded number of officially registered employees by more than two units.

These taxpayers received information notifications via the Electronic cabinet. Tax authorities drew attention of business entities to signs that may indicate use of undeclared employment. 

Due to such preventive work, more than 1.7 thousand taxpayers responded promptly and eliminated violations in August.

Specialists of the State Tax Service regularly carries out preventive measures to prevent violations of tax legislation and reduce volume of shadow economy.

Timely registration of all employees involved in business activities will not only avoid financial sanctions, but will also contribute to creation of competitive business conditions.

Reminder: actual audits by controlling authorities are carried out exclusively according to the risk-based approach, taking into account decision of the National Security and Defense Council to introduce legal and organizational measures regarding moratorium on groundless audits and interference by the state authorities in business activities.
