Tax rebate: 104.1 million UAH more declared for budgetary refunding than the last year

Citizens declared 565.1 million UAH of tax rebate for budgetary refunding during January – September of this year. Compared to the same period last year, this is 104.1 million UAH more.

In total, 96.7 thousand citizens used this right.

They the most often declared expenses for:

- tuition fees,

- insurance and pension contributions,

- mortgage interest payments.

Reminder: to receive tax rebate, it is needed to submit one’s property status and income tax declaration by December 31. The main condition is to receive official income from which personal income tax has been paid.

This can be done in the following ways:

a) submit it in person or by authorized person to the State Tax Service’s authority at the registration place;

b) send it by mail with a delivery notification and description of the attachment;

c) through the payer’s Electronic cabinet.

Supporting documents are attached to the declaration:

- copies of receipts, checks, payment orders,

- copies of service agreements, etc.
