Online sign language interpretation service is already available in 20 regions of Ukraine at the Taxpayer Service Centers

Odesa and Ivano-Frankivsk regions have become the next regions of Ukraine where payers with hearing impairments are offered online sign language translation service at the Taxpayer Service Centers.

This is another step towards creating accessible service space where every visitor can receive support without communication barriers.

Visitors can communicate in a real time with a sign language interpreter (operator) via video link. This contributes to high-quality and convenient service for citizens with hearing impairments for receiving consultations and administrative services.

To use the service, it is needed to contact the moderator at the Taxpayer Service Centers, who will organize such communication.

Today, ability to use sign language translation has already been implemented in 20 regions of Ukraine.

The service is free and aimed at creating comfortable conditions for all categories of visitors, expanding accessibility of tax services and implementing accessibility principles in work of the Tax Service.
