Evaluate accessibility and barrier-free services in the State Tax Service’s bodies – you’re invited to take part in a survey

State Tax Service of Ukraine invites the taxpayers and public to participate in evaluation of physical, informational and digital accessibility (barrier-free) of interaction and services in the State Tax Service’s bodies.

The purpose of a survey is to find out whether the needs of people with disabilities, people with disabilities as a result of war and other low-mobility population groups are met, as well as to simplify interaction process with the tax authorities.

Your answers will help make information and services more convenient and accessible for everyone, including people with disabilities. It is important for us to hear your opinion: which services and communication channels work well and which require improvement.

All answers will be treated anonymously and used only in the generalized form.
