“TAX Control”: specialists of the State Tax Service revealed what violations Ukrainians the most often complain about

A week ago, the State Tax Service of Ukraine launched new digital “TAX Control” service. Since its launch, almost 100 reports of possible violations in trade, services or public catering have already been received.This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.  

“This is very convenient tool that allows absolutely everyone to join counteraction against the shadow economy” – emphasized acting Head of the State Tax Service.

Facts about which people complain about the most often: 

- 45 % – failure to issue a fiscal check, failure to use RRO/PRRO;

- 19.5 % – refusal to make settlement by a bank card;

- 35.5 % – other violations, including work without registration or undocumented employees. 

Lesya Karnaukh emphasized that this service is not about tax pressure. There must be real grounds for audit and this is our consistent position. 

““TAX Control” is about shared responsibility. If each of us joins counteraction against the shadow economy and does not remain silent about violations, then we simply will not leave this shadow a chance to flourish” – acting Head of the State Tax Service added.  

“TAX Control” widget is located on the State Tax Service’s web portal in the upper right corner.

Inform about:  

- non-issuance of a fiscal check,

- trade without a license or with violation of the excisable products sale,

- refusal to accept a card,

- work without state registration,

- unregistered employees.
