Taxpayer Service Centers become more accessible: State Tax Service continues to equip space for visitors with limited mobility

State Tax Service of Ukraine is working to create a truly barrier-free environment in its Taxpayer Service Centers. The main priority is comfort and easy access for visitors with limited mobility.

More and more tax administration buildings are being equipped with ramps, lifts and convenient entrances. Most Taxpayer Service Centers already have adapted infrastructure and work on the rest is ongoing.

At the same time, the interior space is being updated: tactile and visual accessibility elements are being installed, as well as information panels that allow visitors to quickly navigate and obtain necessary data.

Another modernization area is the creation of comfortable conditions for families with children. Some buildings have already equipped children’s corners, convenient for waiting and staying with children.

Barrier-free, accessibility, comfort and care for each taxpayer are real changes that are already taking place in the Taxpayer Service Centers across the country.
