Electronic cabinet: simply about checking and paying taxes

Check accrued taxes and pay them without leaving a home?

This is easy for taxpayers to do through the Electronic cabinet.

Electronic Cabinet services allow individuals to view their tax obligations at any time and make payments in a few clicks.

Log in to the Electronic cabinet at the https://cabinet.tax.gov.ua, as well as through the State Tax Service’s web portal. Access to private part of the service is carried out using qualified electronic signature, through the Integrated Electronic Identification System – id.gov.ua (MobileID and BankID), using Diia.Pidpys or a "cloud" qualified electronic signature.

In private part of the Electronic cabinet, simply select the menu "Status of settlements with the budget", which reflects current information about the personal accounts as of the date of request – separately for each tax, levy or other payment, indicating relevant budget accounts.

The service provides opportunity to quickly check for tax debt or overpayment, and therefore fulfill one’s tax obligations on time.  

For individuals, there is a convenient option for online payment of taxes and levies after identification through the payment system – using bank card or QR code.

Useful tips regarding procedure for paying taxes, levies and other payments can be viewed in the "Help" section of the Electronic cabinet by selecting the "Status of settlements with the budget" menu.

Please note: if you find inaccuracies in the information (duplication of payments or assessments, overpayment or underpayment of taxes or single contribution), it is possible to send an appeal regarding the identified discrepancies to relevant State Tax Service’s body at the main or secondary registration place through the "Correspondence with the State Tax Service" menu of private part of the Electronic cabinet.
