Lesya Karnaukh: tax and levy revenues to the general fund for 12 months of the year amounted to 1.246 trillion UAH

Actual revenues to the general fund of the state budget from taxes and levies controlled by the State Tax Service amounted to 1 trillion 246 billion UAH for January – December 2025 according to operational data. This is +20.2% or 209.3 billion UAH compared to the last year. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.

“This is the merit of every taxpayer. This is responsibility example of each of you. Despite the war, constant shelling, anxiety and lack of light and heat, you filled the budget. Every UAH of paid taxes is a contribution to the Victory of Ukraine” – Lesya Karnaukh outlined.  

Despite extremely difficult conditions, the tax and levy revenue plan was fulfilled by 97.4%. And this is despite the fact that it was increased by more than 100 billion UAH. At the same time, stable over-fulfillment of indicators during the first half of the year created necessary financial reserve. Due to the joint work of the State Tax Service and each taxpayer, significant shortfalls in revenue at the end of the year were avoided.

Main revenue sources for the 12 months of 2025:

- 362.9 billion UAH – personal income tax and levy; 

- 284.7 billion UAH – corporate income tax;

- 306.5 billion UAH – value added tax (including budgetary refunding);

- 163.9 billion UAH – excise tax;

- 48.4 billion UAH – rent payments.

Important!

179.6 billion UAH is the VAT refunding. Monthly VAT refunding rate was not lower than 13 billion UAH.
