State Tax Service of Ukraine has updated formats of Certificate of settlement status with the budget and funds.
Get the Certificate easily in electronic form via the Electronic cabinet.
To do this, it is enough to:
- log in to private part of the Electronic cabinet;
- select the menu "Applications, requests for information";
- submit a Request for obtaining Certificate (form F/J13002).
Electronic Certificate is received by the payer not later than the second working day from the acceptance date of the Request.
If necessary, the payer may also choose paper form of the Certificate – in this case, the document is provided not earlier than the fifth working day after acceptance of the Request.
What information does the Certificate contain?
At the payer’s request, the document is formed:
- with indicators summarized by payment on accrued, reduced, paid, refunded amounts, amounts of tax debt, arrears from single contribution, erroneously and/or excessively paid amounts;
- with details for each payment;
- in electronic form (with or without a qualified electronic signature of the State Tax Service authority’s head) or in paper form with a personal signature of the State Tax Service authority’s head at the main registration place.
For legal entities with separate divisions (branches) the Certificate is generated with generalized indicators for the legal entity and its separate divisions (branches).
