Receive tax notification-decision regarding real estate tax in the mailbox or in the Electronic cabinet? What to should pay attention to first and how to act correctly

Payment terms and conditions

From the moment of receiving notification-decision, property owner has 60 days to pay the tax.

Important: even if notification has not been received, but the one is the property owner, obligation to pay tax remains. It is possible to check assessment.

When to seek for assessment?

Before making a deposit, carefully check the data. It is worth contacting the Tax Service for a reconciliation if:

- notification-decision indicates object that does not belong to the one;

- tax amount looks incorrect;

- errors were found in the area, ownership share, period of ownership or benefits;

- property exists, but notification-decision has not yet been received.

How to quickly resolve the question?

There are several convenient ways:

Through the Taxpayer's Electronic cabinet, it is possible to submit applications and supporting documents using the electronic payment system without leaving home.

Contact the Taxpayer Service Center at the registration place.
