General fund of the state budget received 93 billion UAH of taxes and levies controlled by the State Tax Service in February. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.
"93 billion UAH of taxes and levies controlled by the State Tax Service was transferred to general fund of the state budget in February. This is + 6.1 billion UAH to the plan. 107% – fulfillment of the plan" – she noted.
Lesya Karnaukh emphasized that behind such seemingly dry statistics lies the enormous work of every taxpayer and State Tax Service’s employee.
Despite all the military risks, constant russian attacks, damage to energy infrastructure, some production facilities, lack of heat and light, we survived. Taxpayers demonstrated responsibility to the country. Tax administration system worked continuously.
Due to this over-fulfillment in February, we managed to reduce the backlog from January. In total, for the first two months of this year, fulfillment of general fund of the state budget is 99.4%.
Compared to February 2025, revenues increased by 14.2 billion UAH or 18%.
Key indicators:
- Personal income tax:
32.2 billion UAH (105.6% of the plan).
- Corporate income tax:
13.9 billion UAH (105.4% of the plan).
- Value added tax:
Revenues 24.3 billion UAH (107.5% of the plan).
Important! There is steadily VAT refunding: 16.2 billion UAH in February.
- Rent:
6.0 billion UAH (143.9% of the plan)).
"February was difficult both from the point of view of security and from the point of view of economic activity. Working in such conditions is about endurance and clear understanding of how important every UAH is for the budget. In the war conditions, it is about the life of the country, its protection and defense. Thank to everyone who paid taxes. Today it has special weight" – Lesya Karnaukh emphasized.
