TAX Control: more than 150 reports of violations have been received since the beginning of year

Since the beginning of 2026, electronic service TAX Control has received more than 150 reports about possible legislative violations, control over which is entrusted to the State Tax Service’s bodies.

Due to such reports, financial sanctions amounting to more than 1.6 million UAH have already been applied to individual violators.

Citizens reported about:

-  non-use of RRO/PRRO, non-issuance of fiscal receipt – 54% of the total number of reports;

- activity without state registration – 25%;

- other violations – 21 %. 

The most frequent violations concerned the Kyiv city, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions.

Reminder: citizens have opportunity to report about cases of legislative violations through the electronic service TAX Control.

Digital tool “TAX Control” is located on the State Tax Service’s web portal in the upper right corner – just click on the “TAX Control” widget and send a message.

Such interaction helps to identify shady activities and contributes to the formation of honest business environment.

All received messages are processed by territorial bodies of the State Tax Service and used in the process of organizing tax control measures.
