Tax specialists of the Main Directorate of the STS in Trans Carpathian region paid special attention to the legal employment of hired labor in the region, payment of wages to employees in due and full amount, transfer of еру relevant taxes to the budgets. Explanatory, audit work, joint activities with local authorities are among the measures of influence taken by the tax specialists.
As a result – 684 individuals were officially employed during 2019. As follows, the budget received 340.4 thousand UAH of the personal income tax, 30.6 thousand UAH of the military levy and almost 450 thousand UAH of the single social contribution.
It should be noted that the tax specialists conducted 163 audits of taxpayers who paid wages and other income to citizens with violation of the requirements of tax and other legislation (SSC). Also, tax specialists audited activity of 55 business entities - legal entities and 108 private entrepreneurs. Violators were charged with 7.6 million UAH of taxes and fees (fines and penalties), namely 6.9 million UAH of the PIT, 0.3 million UAH of SSC and 0.4 million UAH of the military levy.
Particularly, 28 employment relations were concluded in December 2019 due to active explanatory work in Trans Carpathian region.
Main Directorate of the STS in Trans Carpathian region ensures that official employment is a guarantee of safe work and social protection. Tax specialists appeal to employees and employers to legalize their employment, since violations of the law and informal employment entails, among other things, significant financial fines and penalties.
