In 2020, amount of registrars of calculated operations will increase up to 16 thousand in Volyn region. Main Department of the STS in Volyn region reported that at present, there are 7 thousand of cash registers operating in the region.
Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region reminds that staring from April 2020 norms of the Law of Ukraine as of 20.09.2019 № 129-IX “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on the un-shadowing of payments in trade and services” and the Law of Ukraine as of 20.09.2019 №128-ІХ “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On application of registrars of calculated operations in the sphere of trade, catering and services” will be applicable to more than 3 thousand entrepreneurs-“simplifiers” of Group II and III. Starting from October 2020, use of the RCO will be mandatory for another 5889 entrepreneurs-“simplifiers” of Group II and III.
In order not to break the law, representatives of small business received recommendations to envisage purchase of cash registers in their business plans or to take advantage of opportunity to work with software RCO.
“All necessary information on testing the latest software complexes can be obtained from the unified web portal of the STS of Ukraine in the thematic banner “Newest RCO”. Right due to the modern solutions use of the RCO becomes faster, easier and cheaper. Suggested software systems can be installed on any gadget and help to save on the purchase and maintenance of traditional cash registers” – emphasized deputy head of Main Directorate of the STS in Volyn region Serhii Kondratiuk.
In addition, the latest RCO solutions include online registration via the E-cabinet and online transmission (receipt) of data for the taxpayer’s convenience; Z-reports can be created automatically without the risk of sanctions for not issuing them to the taxpayer.
“There is no doubt that level of information technology development allows the business to choose the most appropriate and convenient way to conduct cash operations. We ask business representatives to be responsible and not ignore the legal requirements for application of RCO” – summarized Serhii Kondratiuk.
