Main Directorate of the STS in Chernihiv region carried out audits of 248 legal entities to determine the accuracy of calculation of the budgetary VAT refunds during 2019. Audits were carried out within the deadlines set by the legislation.
In total, more than 1.1 billion UAH of the VAT was claimed for the budgetary reimbursement in 2019 – this is 217.5 million UAH less than in 2018 (1.3 billion UAH)
Budget reimbursed more than 1.1 billion UAH during 2019 – this is 146.6 million UAH less than in 2018 (1.26 billion UAH)
As a result of audits, tax specialist prevented unreasonably declared reimbursement of the VAT in the amount of 69.6 million UAH.
