Since the beginning of the year the Tax debt department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Lviv region jointly with separate departments of the Main Directorate of the STS in Lviv region has taken a number of measures in order to reduce the tax debt, including the following:
- property inventory as a tax lien amounting 377.7 million UAH;
- 334 lawsuits were sent to the court for obtaining permission to repay the tax debt at the expense of cash (non-cash) funds amounting 356.2 million UAH; courts approved 52 lawsuits for 29.5 million UAH; amount of 25.8 million UAH was collected from bank accounts to repay the tax debt;
- 11 lawsuits were sent to the court for obtaining permission to repay the tax debt at the expense of the pledged property of debtor in the amount of 9.0 million UAH; 7 lawsuits were approved on granting permission for repayment of the tax debt at the expense of pledged property of the debtor in the amount of 24.2 million UAH.
As a result of these and other measures, the tax debt repayment by the “live funds” has amounted 270.7 million UAH (charging of funds by the means of collection orders, sale of debtors’ property by the court decision, payment of deferred taxes and self-repayment of the tax debt, etc.) over January-December 2019.
Tax debt to the consolidated budget of Ukraine as of 01.01.2020 has amounted 4.832.4 million UAH.
