Local budgets of all levels of Chernihiv region received more than 5.5 billion UAH of taxes and fees from small and medium business entities in 2019. Main Directorate of the STS in Chernihiv region reported that this is 51% of the last year’s total revenues.
The state budget received nearly 1.6 billion UAH of taxes and fees (32% of budget revenues) from medium business entities and more than 1 billion UAH (almost 22%) from small business entities.
Local budgets of all levels received 1.3 billion (22.4 % of the total) from medium business entities and 1.5 billion UAH (almost 26 percent) from small businesses.
Quite large sums of revenues to the territorial communities provide business entities of Sribnyansk (65.6% of the total amount of taxes), Ichniansk (48.5%), Novhorod-Siverskyi (45.8%),Pryluky (40.2%), Ripkinsk (37.9%) and Nosivskyi (36%) districts. Towns of regional importance are characterized by a slightly smaller contribution of revenues, particularly: from 12 to 14.4% of revenues in Pryluky, Nizhyn and Chernihiv, 23.5% - in Novgorod- Siverskyi.
Small businesses and micro-entities provide more than one-third of the local budget revenues in Semenivskyi (about 35%), Sosnitskyi (38.5 %), Nizhynskyi (33.6 %), Menskyi (35%), Gorodnyanskyi (34%) districts. Towns of regional importance receive the highest payment of taxes by Chernihiv - 29.5% of the total amount of the tax revenues, Novhorod-Siverskyi - more than 28%, slightly less in Pryluky (22%) and Nizhyn (20%).
