Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Kharkiv region Artem Yefremov reported that local budgets received revenues in the amount of 1.4 billion UAH during January 2020 – this is 71.3 million UAH or 5.6% more than the last year’s figures.
Herewith, the main source of local budget revenues is the personal income tax. In January 2020, the local budgets received 754 million UAH of this tax. Compared to the same period of 2019, revenues have increased by58.4 million UAH or 8.4%.
In addition, since the beginning of the year the local budgets have received the single tax in the amount of 355.6 million UAH (+ 44.7 million UAH), land tax and rent - 136.2 million UAH (+ 21.5 million UAH), real estate tax other than land - 51.1 million UAH (+ 4.0 million UAH), excise tax on sales of excisable goods by retailers - 30.0 million UAH (+6.4 million UAH).
Please remember that payment of taxes is the source of filling local budgets, as well as economic and social stability in the region.
