1509 declarations of the citizen’s income for 2019 were submitted to the Tax service of the region in January 2020. Residents of Zaporizhzhia declared almost 119 million UAH. Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Ruslan Rachynskyi reported that 6.3 million UAH of the personal income tax and about 1 million UAH of the military levy will be paid to the budgets – this is 1.4 million UAH more than in the same period of 2019.
Residents of Zaporizhzhia the most actively declared income from the sale of agricultural products grown on their own plots over an area of 2 hectares – in total 524 declarations were submitted. Heirs are on the second place (232 declarations), residents of the region who leased real estate (179 declarations) are in the third place.
Eight citizens whose wealth has exceeded 1 million UAH also declared their income. Their sources of income include the sale of real estate, rent of property, investment income and heritage.
In addition, 390 residents of Zaporizhzhia the right to obtain the tax rebate from beginning of 2020. According to the results of calculations, they will receive the reimbursement of more than 950 thousand UAH.
