Business entities and citizens of Chernivtsi region transferred more than 893.5 million UAH of taxes and fees to the budgets of all levels in January-February 2020.
Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region Borys Akimenko reported that such budget revenues exceeded figure of January-February 2019 by 120.9 million UAH or 15.6%.
According to him, from all revenues, the state budget received 39.3% and another 60.7% was received for the needs of local communities of Chernivtsi region.
In total, 351.9 million UAH was transferred to the state budget or 22.2% (+ 63.9 million UAH) more than the actual revenues in January-February 2019.
Among the most important budget-replenishing taxes of the state budget there are the value-added tax which was transferred in the amount of 167.0 million UAH; personal income tax – 114.5 million UAH; military levy – 36.7 million UAH; income tax – 14.7 million UAH.
Local treasury revenues of Chernivtsi region have increased by 57.0 million UAH or 11.8% compared to the same period last year and amounted more than 541.6 million UAH.
More than a half of these revenues accumulated the personal income tax which was transferred in the amount of 329.5 million UAH.
“Simplifiers” significantly supported the local budgets which transferred 108.9 million UAH of the single tax; landowners and land users - 53.8 million UAH of the land payments; sellers of excisable goods - 21.3 million UAH on retail excise tax.
