Taxpayers of Chernihiv region transferred nearly 209 million UAH of rent for the use of natural resources to the consolidated budget in January-February 2020 – this is 108.6% to the level of the corresponding period in 2019. Specifically, the state budget received 164.2 million UAH; local budgets – 44.8 million UAH.
Subsoil rental fee is 138 million UAH in the total amount of received rental payments, including fees for the use of mineral resources for the extraction of oil – 117.5 million UAH, for the extraction of natural gas – almost 10 million UAH, gas condensate – 4 million UAH.
Oil, natural gas and gas condensate fields are located in the territories of the Pryluky, Talalaevskyi, Varvinskyi and Ichnyanskyi districts, where rents are directed (taking into account the allocation according to the norms of the Budget Code, namely: 95% to the state budget and 5% to the local budget). Rent for oil, natural gas and gas condensate extraction was paid by 4 taxpayers in January-February 2020.
Payments for the mineral resources for the extraction of minerals (except hydrocarbons) were transferred to the budget in the amount of 6.5 million UAH (the biggest sums were transferred from Ripkinskyi, Prylutskyi, Chernihivskyi, Talalaevskyi districts and Chernihiv city)
In addition, budgets were also supplemented by rents for the special use of forest resources – by 63.9 million UAH (the biggest sums of revenues were transferred from Ripkinskyi, Kozeletskyi, Semenovskyi, Koryukivskyi and Gorodnyanskyi districts) and rent for the special use of water – by 7 million UAH (of which 5.1 million UAH – receipts from the taxpayers of Chernihiv city).
