Main Directorate of the STS in Chernihiv region reported that local budgets of all levels received 1.047.5 million UAH of taxes and fees during January-February 2020. Revenue growth of the corresponding period in 2019 was 17.3% (154.5 million UAH).
The biggest share in the total amount of paid taxes (57.3%) is occupied by the personal income tax, which was transferred in the amount of 600.6 million UAH, of which 120.1 million UAH was directed to the regional budget, the rest to the budgets of united territorial communities and areas.
Property tax (for land, real estate and premium cars) was paid for another 14.9% revenues to budgets of territorial communities (156.3 million UAH). Single entrepreneurial tax was transferred in the amount 203.1 million UAH (19.4% of the total).
The remaining taxes and fees are 8.4% of total revenues. Specifically, rent for the use of natural resources was paid in the amount of 44.8 million UAH, excise tax on fuel production and sale of excisable goods – 29 million UAH, income tax – 4 million UAH, licenses fees on the sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products – 2.5 million UAH, environmental tax – 5.4 million UAH.
During this period, the biggest contribution to the filling of local budgets of Chernihiv region was provided by the institutions of public administration, education and health care (22.4% of the total or 234.3 million UAH), as well as the agriculture (20% or 209.6 million UAH). Also, big amounts of taxes were paid by industrial enterprises (14% or 147.1 million UAH).
Entrepreneurs and taxpayers paid 179.8 million UAH which provided 17.2% of the local budget revenues from tax payments.
Business and catering entities transferred 75.3 million UAH (7.2% of the local budget revenues), transport – 64.8 million UAH (6.2 %), forestry – 41.9 million UAH (4%) and construction – 16.4 million UAH (1.6%).
