Ongoing dedicated work to determine taxation object of real estate tax other than land (the so-called “real estate tax”) and amounts of payable tax, Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region allocated 20 million UAH of the real estate tax to local budgets in January-February 2020. Revenues during January-February 2020 exceeded the last year’s indicator by 3.7 million UAH.
Revenues growth of the real estate tax is a result of effective and transparent administration, as well as effective cooperation of the Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region, executive bodies and local self-government authorities.
Undisputed leaders in real estate tax payment are the real estate owners – legal entities, whose contribution is 18.1 million UAH to local budgets of Mykolaiv region for the 2 months of 2020. Individuals – real estate owners transferred 1.9 million UAH of real estate tax to local treasuries of Mykolaiv region.
