Business entities registered on the simplified taxation system have managed to transfer 160 million 861.3 thousand UAH to the local budgets of Ternopil region since the beginning of 2020 – this is 2.6 million UAH more than expected. Payment of this tax has increased by 12.9% or 18 million 415.6 thousand UAH compared to the same period in 2019.
Single tax is a taxation system which is readily chosen by the small business representatives and private entrepreneurs. Therefore, a considerable part of income is paid by the business entities – individuals. During the two months of 2020, they paid 103 million 87.9 thousand UAH of the single tax – this is 1 million 37.9 thousand UAH more than expected. Revenues growth has increased by 14.2 million UAH or 16% compared to January–February 2019.
Legal entities registered on the simplified taxation system, transferred 22 million 370.9 thousand UAH of the single tax in 2020. Actual payment exceeded the expected revenues by 242.2 thousand UAH. Revenues growth has exceeded the expected by 242.2 thousand UAH.
Payers of the fixed agricultural tax that is Group IV of “simplifiers” paid 5 million 402.5 thousand UAH of the single tax during January–February 2020 – this is 1 million 347.7 thousand UAH more than in 2019. Budgets additionally received 1.3 million UAH – this is + 4% from expected revenues.
It should be noted that the single tax is a payment that is fully transferred to local treasuries. Territorial communities can therefore use it to develop their infrastructure. In addition, single tax is the second most important source of income to the local budgets.
