Main Directorate of the STS in Odessa region received 95 written requests for public information, 49 of which were sent electronically during the 1st quarter of 2020.
Majority of the applicants are citizens (54), legal entities submitted 38 requests and associations of citizens submitted 3 requests.
Requesters requested clarification of the tax legislation, information about business entities and citizens, audit work, income information, tax payments, copies of documents, etc.
All requests were answered in a timely manner within the time limit set by the legislation.
It should be reminded that request for public information in accordance with the Law of Ukraine as of 13.01.2011 № 2939-VI “On access to public information” may be submitted during working hours in accordance with the rules of internal labor regulations:

- verbally in person: to the officials of organization department of the Taxpayer service center and provision of administrative services, processing of citizens’ appeals and access to public information of the tax services department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Odessa region and moderators in the Taxpayer service centers of Odessa region.
