2304 residents of Ivano-Frankivsk region submitted property and income declarations for 2019 during January-March 2020, of which 1174 were “obliged” and 1130 for a tax rebate. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the STS in Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Tax officials noted that citizens declared 390.9 million UAH of income, of which 6.9 million UAH of the personal income tax and 1.6 million UAH of the military levy were accrued.
To date, the budget received 1.6 million UAH the of personal income tax and 332.8 thousand UAH of the military levy.
3.3 million UAH of the personal income tax was declared for the return to current taxpayers’ accounts, of which 508.6 thousand UAH have already been returned.
It should be reminded that obligation to submit an annual property and income declaration for 2019 arises for citizens who during the past year received income in the form of inheritance or received property, income from operations for sale (exchange) of movable objects and / or real estate, from rent, leasing (sublease), residential rental (for rent), investment income, foreign income, etc.
The deadline for submission of declarations is extended to July 1 of the current year and the deadline for paying the declared tax amounts is to October 1.
Citizens eligible for the tax rebate can submit their declarations by December 31, 2020.
Tax officials of the region in order to reduce the spread of viral infection, advise citizens to use electronic means of communication, including the Electronic cabinet which can be accessed at: http://cabinet.tax.gov.ua, or through the official STS web portal.
In addition, the State Tax Service of Ukraine has developed a series of video tutorials explaining how to use electronic services and how to fill in the property and income declaration.
