Due to measures taken by the Tax debt department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Vinnytsia region regarding enterprises-debtors, the consolidated budget received revenues in the amount of 18.7 million UAH during January-March 2020. Of this amount, the state budget received 14.4 million UAH and the local budget – 4.3 million UAH.
In terms of the main types of taxes, the biggest sums of revenues were provided by the value added tax –11.7 million UAH, land payments – 1.2 million UAH, income tax – 0.9 million UAH, personal income tax – 0.4 million UAH.
Due to the sale of debtors’ property (movable and immovable, integral property complexes, bankruptcy property) the amount of 1.4 million UAH was allocated to budgets of all levels during the 1st quarter of 2020. At the same time, the execution of court decisions to repay the tax debt collected from the bank accounts amounted 2.8 million UAH, according to executive documents, through the internal affairs bodies – 0.1 million UAH.
As follows, as of 01.04.2020 the tax debt to the consolidated budget (taking into account bankruptcy debt) is 1 billion 22.1 million UAH. Herewith, the biggest debts are accounted by the value added tax – 345.4 million UAH, income tax – 148.8 million UAH, personal income tax – 138.5 million UAH and land payments – 137.6 million UAH.
