During the 1st quarter of 2020 more than 1.45 billion UAH of taxes and fees were paid to the budgets of all levels by the small and medium business entities of Chernihiv region – which is 52.5% of the total revenues.
Namely, representatives of the medium business transferred nearly 421 million UAH of taxes and fees (32.5% of budget revenues) to the budget; representatives of the small business and microenterprises –310 million UAH (24%).
Local budgets of all levels received 321.3 million UAH (21.7% of the total) from medium-sized business representatives. Another 27.2% of revenues were provided by small-sized business representatives (401.9 million UAH, almost 53% of them by entrepreneurs).
Medium-sized enterprises provide fairly large amounts of revenues for territorial communities in Sribnyanskyi (57.7% of the total amount of taxes), Novhorod-Severskyi (50.7%), Ichnianskiyi (47.2%), Ripkinskyi (42.1%), Prylutskyi (37.2%) and Nosovskyi (33.6%) districts. Cities of regional importance are characterized by a slightly smaller contribution of this category of enterprises to the revenue part: from 12.2 to 14.6% in Nizhyn, Chernihiv, Pryluky and 29% in Novhorod-Siverskyi.
Small business entities and microenterprises provide more than one third of local budget revenues from tax payments in Sosnitskyi (38.2%), Menskyi (36.5%), Horodnyanskyi (34.8%), Semenivskyi (34.6%), Kylikivskyi (33.5%) districts. In cities of regional importance, this category of taxpayers has the highest taxes paid in Chernihiv city (30.2%) of the total tax revenues, in Novgorod-Siverskyi city (26.9%), slightly less in Pryluky (23.7%) and Nizhyn (21%) citites.
