Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region noted the positive dynamics of increasing VAT revenues due to the high level of responsible payment of taxes by the regional taxpayers.
During January-March 2020, the VAT revenues to the state budget of Ukraine amounted 596 million 939 thousand UAH which exceeded the level of revenues during the same period in 2019 by 125.7 million UAH or more than 32%. The benchmark is 104.4%.
In addition, the Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region takes measures to identify the risky operations of business entities and to prevent the potential risks of non-payment of the value added tax.
At present, share of the value added tax in the government treasury revenues is about 50%.
Value-added tax is paid by 5908 taxpayers, including 5350 legal entities and 558 individuals.
