Directorate of the STS in Ivano-Frankivsk region informed that 634 cases were under consideration in all courts during the 1st quarter of 2020 – the specified number is 265 cases less than during the same period in 2019. At the same time, the number of taxpayers’ lawsuits against the tax authorities decreased by 59 administrative cases.
Main factors in reducing the number of lawsuits against the tax authorities are the appropriate level of control and verification work, high-quality argumentations and an indisputable evidence base of claims of the State Tax Service towards business entities.
In total, the courts considered 118 administrative cases totaling 187.7 million UAH during three months of 2020. Number of 82 cases was in favor of the Tax service of the region which is 69.5% of the total number of cases.
As a result, the tax authorities of Ivano-Frankivsk region juridically provided revenues in the amount of UAH 16.5 million UAH the budgets.
