Main Directorate of the STS in Poltava region informed that during January – April 2020, the work on the control of turnover and taxation of excisable products was aimed at improving the effectiveness of control over the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcohol beverages, tobacco products, fuel and combating illicit trafficking of these products.
According to the results of work since conducted from the beginning of 2020, the budgets of all levels received the following revenues: the excise tax to the state budget – 5.3 million UAH; the excise tax on retail sale in excisable products to local budgets – 77 million UAH; the licenses fees for the right to produce, wholesale and retail sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products – 10.4 million UAH; the licenses fees for the right to produce, wholesale and retail sale of fuel and its storage – 1.1 million UAH.
According to current legislation, the amount of 165.6 million excise tax marks were issued to enterprises-producers for production of excisable products.
32 acts of the internal inspections for 0.02 million UAH of fines (financial) were compiled according to the results of monitoring excise tax declarations, completeness and timeliness payment of declared obligations, compliance with the procedure for registration of fuel excise tax payers, keeping records of excise invoices in the system of electronic administration of fuel sale.
