There are 37 Taxpayer service centers (TSC) at the state tax inspections of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Dnipropetrovsk region where the taxpayers can receive a wide range of services: information, advisory and administrative.
Centers provide 31 types of administrative services.
In total, during January-April 2020, the TSC employees processed 98.5 thousand applications in the sphere of administrative and other services, of which 96.3 thousand are administrative services.

In order to prevent spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 and to prevent infection and spread of viral infections, the TSC’s working schedule has been changed.
It is strongly recommend for the payers to refrain from visiting Taxpayer service centers without urgent need! Especially if the problem can be solved remotely (online or by mail).
