Main Directorate of the STS in Rivne region reported that the VAT payers of Rivne region paid more than 515.6 million UAH to the state budget of Ukraine during January – April 2020.There has been a positive tendency in the VAT payment since the beginning of 2020. Thus, comparing to the same period in 2019, the VAT payments have increased by 60.6 millionUAHor 13%.
This was facilitated by both the effective work of the System of Automated Monitoring for Compliance of Tax Invoices with Risk Assessment Criteria which allows blocking the registration of risky tax invoices and automatic reimbursement of the value added tax according to the electronic register, which operates in open modeand excludes any possibility of manipulation with the VAT reimbursement.
Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Rivne regionVitalii Chui noted that effective implementation of risky operationsbybusiness entities, detection and destruction of formation of fictitious tax credit schemes provides an increase in the amount of VAT declarations payable to the budget.
