2 billion 88 million UAH of tax payments was paid to the budgets of all levels according to the results of work of the Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region during January – May 2020.
Revenues growth is 71.2 million UAH comparing to 2019 which was ensured despite the moratorium on documentary and factual audits, temporary exemption from accrual and payment of the single social contribution and other “quarantine benefits”. This was reported by the Head of the Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region Vitaliy Shpak.
According to him, this was facilitated by both the taxpayers’ honesty and correct tax policy to reduce tax risks to a minimum in all areas of taxation.
All expected indicators of the state budget revenues were fulfilled by 103.2%, as follows 864.1 million UAH was received. Comparing to the same period in 2019, an additional 67.3 million UAH has been received.
According to analytical data, the main share of revenues is the value added tax which was paid in the amount of 349.7 million UAH. Fulfillment of planned indicators is 114.4% or 44.1 million UAH. The last year’s revenues have been exceeded by 50.2 million UAH.
Key payments also include the personal income tax – 281.4 million UAH, income tax – almost 106.8 million UAH and military levy – more than 88.1 million UAH.
Regarding the filling of local budgets of Chernivtsi region, more than 1 billion 223.8 million UAH was received during January – May 2020. Comparing to 2019, the local budgets have received additional 3.5 million UAH.
Among the constant leaders in filling local budgets is the personal income tax – 1.148.2 million UAH. This is 207.5 million UAH or 22.1% more than in 2019. Also, there is positive dynamics of revenues and other taxes of local budgets. Revenues of the single tax amounted almost 265.5 million UAH (+ 28.0 million UAH), the land payments – almost 198.3 million UAH (+21.5 million UAH).
