Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region Dmytro Prokofiev informed that the Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region conducts active explanatory work with the taxpayers regarding compliance with the requirements of current legislation in terms of registration and use of agricultural land (shares), as well as takes measures to compile lease agreements by the land users.
This work results in 233.1 million UAH of the land payment and rent that was provided to the local budgets of Mykolaiv region during January – May 2020, including 202.2 million UAH of the land payment from legal entities and almost 31 million UAH of the land payment from individuals.
According to Dmytro Prokofiev, the completeness of land payment revenues and land rent to the local budgets is the result of joint efforts of the Tax service of Mykolayiv region and local self-governments in the direction of involving landowners and land users in taxation.
