Businessmen – employers transferred 1.665.4 million UAH of the single social contribution to compulsory state social insurance to the state trust funds during January – May 2020. Comparing to January – May 2019, the taxpayers of Kherson region have increased payment of the single contribution by 62.8 million UAH.
During the quarantine period measures and granting the tax benefits, specialists of the Tax Monitoring Department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city monitor the stable dynamics of the single social contribution revenues. Thus, in May 2020, employers transferred 322 million UAH of the single social contribution to the pension and social funds. Single social contribution revenues for social protection of Kherson region amounted 325 million UAH in April 2020.
The biggest deductions were provided by employers registered and accounting at Kherson tax administration – 1.114.7 million UAH. Taxpayers of Novokakhovka and Henichesk administrations transferred 420.8 million UAH and 129.9 million UAH for social needs, respectively.
Hired employees must know! The SSC is a consolidated insurance premium in Ukraine, which is collected in the system of compulsory state insurance on mandatory basis and on a regular basis.
To calculate the insurance (pension) length of employee’s service, only the period of official employment and the transfer of the SSC by the employer for him / her are taken into account. If employer did not pay the single social contribution for employee or paid wages the “envelope”, this period is not taken into account in the citizen’s insurance record.
