Local budgets of Ternopil region received 33 million 221.8 thousand UAH of the real estate tax other than land during January – May 2020. This exceeded expected revenues by 32.4%. As a result, the territorial communities received additional 8 million 136.5 thousand UAH of this payment.
Contribution of the real estate tax from legal entities amounted 89%. They transferred 29 million 573 thousand UAH to the local treasury, which is 43.9% more than expected. Thus, local treasuries received 9 million 24.1 thousand UAH of the real estate tax from legal entities.
Individuals transferred 3 million 648.7 thousand UAH of this property payment to the budgets of territorial communities. Comparing to January – May 2019, the real estate tax revenues have increased by 165.7 thousand UAH or 4.8%.
