Legal regulation department of the Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region during January – June of 2020, in the courts of various instances, taking into account the claims of previous years, conducted the legal service of the STS in Kirovohrad region and provided support to 525 cases of various categories totaling 2.2 billion UAH.
According to the results of its consideration, 93 decisions totaling 255.2 million UAH were made in full or partial favor of the STS in Kirovohrad region, which is more than 50% of the total number of decisions and almost 60% of their total amount.
Among the administrative cases on the taxpayers’ claims to the territorial bodies of the STS in Kirovohrad region, the majority are cases of invalidation / expiration of tax notifications – decisions. Thus, during January – June 2020, the number of 125 cases totaling 288.5 million UAH were considered. Of these, 49 decisions (40%) totaling 107.7 million UAH were made in favor of the territorial bodies of the STS in Kirovohrad Region.
