Taxpayers of Ternopil region paid 3 billion 480.5 million UAH of tax payments to budgets of all levels during January – June 2020. Comparing to January – June 2019, revenues to the consolidated treasury have increased by 188.2 million UAH or 5.7% more.
Out of the total amount of revenues, the general fund of the state budget received 1 billion 458.1 million UAH; the local budgets received 2 billion 19.5 million UAH which is 110 million UAH and 79.9 million UAH more, respectively.
Revenues from the value added tax, income tax and excise tax accounted a significant share of the state budget revenues. Since the beginning of 2020, business entities of Ternopil region have paid 647.6 million UAH of the value added tax, 143.9 million UAH of the income tax, 8.3 million UAH of the excise tax.
The budget revenues growth at all levels is the result of the taxpayers’ awareness of the need to pay taxes fairly and in full amount.
